Moana has always had a love for teaching and learning. As a busy mother of two she has incorporated her passion for yoga, health and wellbeing into her everyday life.
Deepening her personal practice by studying yoga with specific interest in Restorative and Hatha Yoga, Moana strongly believes everyone should be able to experience the health benefits just as she has.

Implementing all aspects of the ‘yogic life’ has increased Tracey’s understanding of why we are here, our ultimate purpose and enjoys passing her knowledge of love and happiness forward.
Tracey’s journey thus far in life has been filled with many pursuits and teachings in Health and Wellbeing. However, Tracey’s aim is to open up our enquiring mind, soul, and physical being through her teaching in the physical Asana practice.

Iritana is a Raw food enthusiast gaining her accreditation as a Level One Raw Food Chef. Her love for Raw Food Stems from the availability of locally sourced, fresh and flavoursome produce coupled with a creative imagination.
Iritana aims to inspire like minded individuals to expanded their culinary skills to create something truly amazing further complimenting their dietary lifestyle. Additionally, Iritana finds joy in sharing the feeling raw nutrition has on the body both inside and out, elevating ones self confidence.
